Featured Artists
On the first Saturday of each month two artists are chosen to be featured artists and a reception is held in their honor at the gallery.
The artists being featured have their work placed on our featured artist walls and tables on a raised platform. Live music and complimentary refreshments from the café make this event a festive gathering from 2 to 4 PM.
Press releases are sent and the event is advertised in the Mission newsletter (11,000 households) as well as on Facebook and on wall posters. Artists are encouraged to invite friends, family and patrons to their special reception.
The featured artists’ work remains in the special location until the last Monday of the month at which time it is removed to make room for a the new featured artists for the subsequent month.
